How to Find the Proper Fit 

Take measurements close to the body, not over clothing. Use a flexible measuring tape to perform the following measurements:

    Height: Measure from the floor to the top of your head with your feet together and back against the wall

A: Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest

B: Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part

If in doubt, or in-between sizes, SIZE UP!
